Currently we now know soccer will be played in the Spring. We will have a start date in March and play through May. What that means for tryouts is when we are able to get back on campus I will update information on when that will be. Until then stays well.
All of those wishing to tryout need to have their athletic paper work cleared through the athletic office prior to tryouts.

For new players if clearance paperwork can't be done use the waiver on the forms link to the left. All returning players will not be able to use a waiver for Summer or Tryouts. Cleats, shinguards, shorts and t-shirt should be worn. Water will be provided, but bring your own bottle or cup to fill.
The first week of practice will start on Monday November 2nd. Teams will be divided into Varsity, Junior Varsity and J.V. Reserve. We will have a parent meeting on Wednesday September 16th at 6:00 p.m. in the gym. The meeting will discuss several things from schedules, training and uniform needs to fundraisers in which all information can be found below.
All we ask is that each player does their part and have a goal to raise $200 for the program this year for uniform, transportation, tournament fees, coaching stipends and other various needs. The information is below. There are many options for raising the money. My hope is to keep this as easy and painless as possible. If everyone participates in our Bingo Night and our Snap Raise email donor program we will be done fundraising for the year TBA. Our annual Bingo Night is TBA. We had a great time last year and raised over $6,000 for our program. I know with 100% participation we can almost double that amount. We need donated items for gift baskets as well as each girl to sell 10 tickets to the event. Sponsorship signage is a way to bring in funds. The link is on the right. We hang banners in the stadium during the soccer season to advertise for our donors. I also have the option of selling golf tickets to the formerly Buick Invitational now the Farmers Insurance golf tournament at Torrey Pines. We sell the tickets for $30 and receive $20 dollars.
We also have a summer program that is available to all incoming and returning VMHS students through MVUSD Adult Ed Summer Camps. See the link to the right. Any question please contact Coach Heise.
